Our very old boiler broke down at the worst possible time just before the weekend in winter months. After unsuccessfully calling around for local boiler installations where they wouldn't be able to get it done for 4 weeks I contacted Avenue Heating. I spoke to Donna who was incredibly helpful and understanding that we had no heating or hot water in these cold months and rushed a survey with Winston for us. Winston arrived the very next day and again was incredibly helpful and understanding. He ran me through the work that would need to be done to replace the very old boiler system in our building and assured me he could get it booked in asap. Where other companies quoted me it would take weeks to arrange, Avenue Heating had it booked in after 3 days. Ellis was our engineer and he was incredible. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He worked very hard to get the new boiler installed on the day so we would have heating and hot water again for that night and came back the next morning to complete the installation. He even fixed issues that previous engineers had messed up from past call outs. We are very grateful and delighted with the work and professionalism from Avenue Heating and their staff.

Charles was the engineer that first came and assessed my boiler. He advised it needed a full service not a simple one on this occasion. Following week he arrived very promptly at 8am and did the service. It developed a problem the same day which was unconnected to the service and due to valves which he had advised could need replacing at sometime. Just my luck as this part of the job was quite expensive( feedback here from me would be that quotes should be given to the customer prior to the job even if they don’t ask for one as could be a shock as in my case ), but he was able to fit me in the following day at 7am! Obviously I had to get it repaired. That made me feel valued that he would be willing to start so early to help sort the problem so overall the whole experience was very positive. Would recommend.
