Seriously need to look at call and appointment handling. You call and wait during the day on hold to make an appointment and instead of on hold music the phone system plays you a ringing telephone !, why when your on hold would you want to hear a ringing telephone I can think of anything less appropriate. You eventually get through and your told that the appointments for today are all gone. One might assume that it would be a simple matter of looking at the next day and booking that but no, your told to call back the next morning at 8 oclock. I am already firm in the knowledge that calling this practice at that time you may as well be trying to win a prize on a radio station. Surely in the digital age you can come up with a better system than this its literally nonsensical to only be able to book an appointment on the actual day by playing telephone lottery. I am literally calling with problems with tinitus in my ear and your playing me a ringing telephone.... Rant over.

This is the first time that I have had consultations with her I must say that I am impressed - she is a very understanding, supportive and reassuring GP. I’ve had appointments with Dr Hindmarsh very recently and they’ve been wonderful. He greets you in reception, listens intently and puts together a plan for care. It’s been a revelation for me.
