3 Months ago I bought a beautiful black 2016 Explorer Sport from these guys. I worked with Chris from start to finish. I was prepared to walk away if I didn't like anything about it. To my surprise, he did not pressure me, and every answer was, "yes". He even got me a better financing deal than my bank was offering. The payments are reasonable, and the vehicle is cherry. They only offer vehicles that are mechanically sound and their in house shop has top notch mechanics. They took care of EVERYTHING. DMV nonsense, replacing a door molding (at their cost), everything was handled by them. They even took care of me after sale when I needed a new key fob (they recommended a locksmith that also took very good care of me and gave me a good price). I have sent one friend their who bought a Ford Edge from them and is also VERY pleased with the vehicle. When I go to purchase another vehicle, it WILL be through E&J, and I will recommend them to very friend and co-worker I have when anyone needs a car. I am extremely busy, and rarely write reviews, but E&J EARNED my repeat business. These guys have the cheat code for making getting a good car easy and affordable. If you are in the market, I implore you to look no further. GO TO E&J!!!

An ideal used car buying experience! During our shopping process, Clifford was informative, helpful, and low-pressure. The APR they offered me was actually better than the credit union I normally bank with. There was a small problem with the car I bought and Clifford arranged to have it fixed in a timely manner, and provided a loaner car for me in the meantime. I got a great car at a fair price, and none of the headaches I typically associate with used car buying. E&J really came through for me!
