-19 rating .. Dynamic Roofing and Exteriors (2020 ) March 17, 2022, we had several 3rd party contractors review the Dynamic roofing job and provide feedback. The consensus was this job was a complete mismanaged disaster and perhaps the worst workmanship that they have ever seen. For example, the roof trusses installed upside down, no vapor barrier and all the flat roof materials installed completely wrong. Management admitted the failure but still refuses to return $10k deposit or compensate for the damages, rebuild and repair of the house.
