I saw Adam Chambers due to toe issues from running. He is so knowledgeable! He watched me walk and did some exercises and then taught me so much about what is going on with my body. Extremely informative! He gave me exercises and had me return for a follow up. Now I’m pain free and running again! I would absolutely recommend going to him!

I have a buldged disk in my lower Back for days I was laid up in bed unable to move an inch. Within minutes of my appointment Matthew Cleary one of the great Physios at Nova was able to assess and diagnosis my situation. Gave me some workouts to try and set me up with ongoing routines to do at home. I LIMPED into the physio clinic and after my appointment I WALKED out of there with confidence. Im floored by the professionalism and Knowledge. I would recommend Nova to anyone in need of an assessment.

I was personally recommended Rob at Nova Physio by the physician who first saw me after my knee injury in June. He was extremely accommodating and fit me in for an assessment on short notice, which gave me high hopes for the quality of care I would receive. Hopes that were not met. Upon starting treatment, I felt as though I was not given appropriate attention, clients were stacked on top of each other and Rob would disappear with them, occasionally monitoring my progress. I'd never done physiotherapy before, so I assumed this was the standard. My progress was extremely slow for an injury I was being assured wasn't serious, but I was progressing at least so I stuck with it. Three months in, my pain returned. I panicked and tried to get an emergency appointment, offering to come in at any time to get it looked at even for a few minutes. I was told there was no time but they'd call me if anything opened up. I did not receive a call. I was seen a week later for my regularly scheduled check-up. I explained the pain I was in, went over my activities leading up to the flare-up, and had my knee looked at. Everything seemed alright. I was moved to the gym area and instructed to resume my regular exercises, which I struggled with. Again, Rob would show me the exercise then leave, which meant I was often just sitting there, unable to do the exercise due to pain. My pain kept escalating and I was told to go home, without further instruction. I insisted on a 1-on-1 with Rob before leaving to ask what I can do to help my situation. I got a shrug and "I dunno". That's not a joke or metaphor. Months of my life, hundreds of dollars, hours spent sweating through exercises without complaint because I wanted to get better and return to work... A shrug. Safe to say, I did not return after this. I saw another provider who was able to help me return to full-time work in a few weeks. I'm sure some people have been helped, and I do not wish to take that away from them, but I believe my experience was important to share so that those seeking care in the future can make an informed decision. I wish everyone the best on their recovery journey. Do not give up and seek the care you deserve.

Went to rob kelland for hip tightness and he not only addressed that issue but helped fixed the root cause. You’d have a hard time finding a more knowledgeable physiotherapist in our province. Highly recommend.
