I've been to two of Emma's Singing Bowl classes now. I was abit unsure what to expect, but I have had Reiki with her before so wanted to try this. It's a most beautiful, relaxing experience! The Studio in Farnham is a really lovely space and Emma sets the atmosphere perfectly with candles, crystals and calmness. I really enjoyed the bowls hour, and she served tea and snacks after which was a lovely touch and gave time for reflection. All in all, a beautiful way to end a busy week and really heals mind, body and soul. X

I have now experienced two of Emma’s wonderful sound healing sessions and highly recommend them. If you need to relax, de-stress or take time for yourself, these sessions are a great antidote to a busy life! Emma creates a really welcoming space with some little mystical touches that you can take or leave depending on your individual preference. She is brilliant at holding space and making everyone feel included. If you’ve never practised meditation or experienced a sound bath, this is the one to book!

I have suffered from back pain for a few months and spoke to a friend who suggested that I try the Chiropractic Clinic, Durham House in Fleet. I went for an initial assessment with Galin who was very friendly, thorough and immediately suggested a plan of exercises and treatments that would benefit my back pain. I have so far been to two classes and am very excited and pleased with the work the chiropractic team do. They are all very dedicated, keep a close eye on you during the exercises and are very friendly and easy going. I shall definitely carry on with this treatment as I've so far had a very good experience and feel that I'm on the right path to seeing some positive results.
