We had a great experience. We are in the process of selling our home. The home inspection identified some issues with our roof that needed to be corrected. Duramax came out and spotted some additional issues in which the inspector missed. The price was reasonable to make the corrections and the work was done promptly. We were impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism while the work was being done. I highly recommend them.

I was in need of repair on my shingle roof and Duramax Roofing came highly recommended. I called them on a Friday and they came on Monday. Based on my schedule, Monday was the best, but they did offer to come on Saturday or Sunday. They were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family(and anyone else!)

NOT RECOMMENDED. I hired Duramax for several extensive repairs on my concrete tile roof. One reason I went with Duramax was the two year warrantee that turned out to be worthless. They showed up on time and worked several long days and all seemed good. I had lots of questions throughout the process as many things did not look quite right or were a change from the original roof design but Duramax assured me these changes would be fine. From the start it was clear that Duramax did not have much concern for roof aesthetics. After the repairs they reused many tiles they broke, patched the ridge line with the wrong material and tried to paint it. Tiles were put back in lose, broken, not screwed, and very uneven along cut lines. There was a lot of sealant and foam also used that really should not have been used for this type of repair. From the looks of the finished repairs it was completely unprofessional. At this point, I am just hoping for no leaks. Several of the repaired areas did leak. Getting them back out was no fun. I had to get on their calendar and wait day’s and weeks for someone to come out just to determine if first the leak was within their repair area. They are quick to offer excuses why the leaks was not their fault although there was absolutely no doubt they were. After waiting yet again to get on their calendar for the fix, this is where the quality of work really starts to decline. Instead of redoing the repair they broke more tiles and just laid on roof cement in the areas of the leak. No surprise one of the leaks got worse after this and I was forces to hire another roofer who noted many questionable repairs done by Duramax.

After getting several quotes, Duramax Roofing made us feel at ease using them for a new roof. Bill is an honest and knowledgeable guy, who was extremely fair and upfront about everything. From what damage we had on the old roof, to honestly saying "do not go into the next hurricane season with that old roof" and staying on top of the construction of the new roof. Bill even did another inspection after my pool solar panels were re-installed to just double check there was nothing missed. Donna, his wife - was amazing with communication, scheduling, billing, and the inspections. We are extremely pleased and happy with everything from start to finish from Duramax Roofing.
