I have had consistently disappointing experiences at the Naperville banking location. The customer service there lacks professionalism, consideration, and etiquette, making interactions frustrating and unpleasant. In contrast, the Wheaton location upholds a much higher standard of service, demonstrating respect, discretion, and genuine attentiveness to customers’ banking needs. When banking, privacy and professionalism are essential, and I have found the Wheaton branch to exemplify these qualities far more effectively than the Naperville location. For anyone seeking a banking experience where customer service is a priority, I highly recommend the Wheaton branch over Naperville.

If I could make this review 10 stars I would. Hat's off to Donovan Castro at the Naperville branch. We had been promised a low rate from another credit union, but last minute we were told because the car was 12 years old they had to raise our rate by 4%, and to top it off they were adding fees for things we didn't need or ask for! We were in scramble mode on a Friday evening at 4:00 PM looking for a company that would borrow money at a reasonable rate for such a vehicle. We were suppose to pick our car up the following morning! As soon as we met Donovan we felt he was personally interested in us as we explained our situation. He immediately went to work for us! Within 1 hour Donovan had our paperwork completed and we had a check in had ready to deliver to the dealer for a purchase of a 'classic' car! What would have been a horrible weekend, turned our great because of Donovan's hard work. Thank you Donavan and DCU!!
