I came in and stood by the door, looking for someone to help me select a lightweight facial moisturizer, and I was tended to right away! I asked for one that had spf, and she said they had 2 kinds. One with a tint, and the other without. She applied each on a Q-tip and handed them to me, allowing me to apply them on my face. I asked the price difference and said that I was looking for the least expensive. I followed her to the till where she checked the price, although I knew right away the one that felt lighter on my skin was more likely to be more costly. I mentioned to her that I had a gift card that I wanted to apply to the purchase, and she applied it. I paid the difference, tipped her, and was on my way. It's a good thing that I went to apply some more on my face because the pump wasn't working, so I went back into their store. I asked for assistance, she checked, and I was able to trade for another one that worked! Quick & friendly customer service 👌 A clean, fresh, organized atmosphere 👌

Beyond Thrilled! I have known Bailey, the owner of Drop Dead Gorgeous Day Spa since the inception of her business. I have watched their growth and expansion of services with great interest, and have accessed some of their services. However, it was only recently that I was able to experience their Divine Pro 3-in-1 Skin Renewal Platform Program. I had undertaken some significant research and internal reflection before deciding on proceeding with a non-invasive approach to optimize mature skin care. I did not want an invasive procedure that also required substantive down time. When I was introduced to this system, I consulted with my dermatologist, who was supportive. I felt confident in my decision to proceed. Bailey was superb. She explained the procedure with an obvious fully researched and informed approach, she reviewed pre-procedure documentation and addressed my questions and concerns. I was made comfortable and received a nice cozy blanket. As she proceeded with each step, she provided me details that I would understand what was to occur, and sensations I would feel. I even enjoyed a nap with one of the procedures. We undertook a customized best approach through the Derma-Pro deep skin analysis. The program was targeted, and I received the TriFrational resurfacing, the VoluDerm RF micro-needling boosting collagen, and the TriPollar regeneration. It took approximately 2.5 -3 hours, and I departed with after-care product for that evening, and the weekend (no make-up, no sun-exposure). I followed through the recommended after-care with the ability to reach out if there were any adverse effects. With the exception of a little redness, there were no side-effects. My skin glows, and looks and feels wonderful. Thank you, Bailey! I feel confident that I have found the perfect regime and service provider, and will be back to continue my quest for enjoying a natural optimized skin-care program. 10++/10

I hired Sara from Drop Dead Gorgeous to do makeup for my wedding, and she was so easy to work with! She delivered exactly the type of look I had been hoping for and was very open to adjusting what she did based on my feedback after the makeup trial. On the day of the wedding, she arrived at the venue exactly on time and had our makeup done with time to spare, and was very relaxed and easy to work with. She was fun to talk to and indulgent of my six-year-old niece who wanted to “help” with the makeup. I really appreciated having someone so laid back and relaxed around on my wedding day, because I think her laid back demeanor helped me relax a bit as well! Sara was also incredibly adaptable. I had booked her to do my makeup for the wedding months in advance, while my now-wife was going to have her sister do hers. Unfortunately, due to flight issues, my wife’s sister was unable to make it to the wedding at the last minute, and with only two days notice Sara was able to accommodate extra time to do my wife’s makeup as well! She really saved the day!

There isn’t a service that this salon doesn’t do well! I’ve been coming to see Bailey and Sara for almost a decade, and I am never disappointed. I just saw Megan today for the first time, and she was wonderful as well! The salon is so clean. The environment is great. And as a professional photographer, I can’t recommend any place better for my clients to get their makeup done for sessions.
