Justin was very responsive, provided transparency on the claim process, and quick to determine my claim settlement amount. I received the payments in less than 2 weeks after i provided all the necessary documents. He ensured my claim process seamlessly and is the main reason why i bought drivesure coverage again for my new car.

Just needed to use the partial loss deductible reimbursement coverage through Drivesure due to broken passenger window. Process was extremely easy and they were very efficient in responding to my emails and depositing the funds. Really happy so far with the policy.

I would never use these guys again. My adjuster was a nightmare to get ahold of, would not explain anything in full details. Has taken over a month to get worked through the details.. going on 4 days of working backwards to get paid out on my new truck.. Overall just a nightmare experience. Go with optimum..

Roberta was absolutely fantastic to work with. However, whoever this gentleman or boss is clearly has no regard for customers. He will come up with every excuse imaginable to avoid taking just five minutes to hit submit. It’s unacceptable that the claim has been fully signed and approved, yet we are stuck waiting on this one individual to take action while the customer has been without a vehicle for weeks. This situation is utterly shameful. I was ready to reinsure my new vehicle as well as my entire family's vehicles through Drivesure Insurance, but that will NOT be happening now. Roberta, you were AMAZING; the person causing these delays needs to be held accountable.
