This team is amazing. Have used them several times and they always exceed expectations. Always early to arrive, so you don't have to worry about being on time, but they tell you not to rush when they get there. Comfortable and friendly ride, and very flexible around flight delays. Great value for the trip and great personal touches. Generally the simplest part of the trip.

I worked with JIT Transport for a business photoshoot last week, it went very smooth and I liked how everything was planned out :) It was an amazing experience, I have also seen their cars up close and realized how everything was very clean for any upcoming customers they might have. I had some conversations with the drivers as well and they all seemed very friendly and happy to be working with JIT. I think they might be the perfect fit for you whenever you need a ride!

I have been using JIT for years. Unfortunately, today, they didn’t communicate with the driver my arrival time even though I informed them with the flight delay more than 24 hours before arrival and they still didn’t communicate this to the driver. Even worse, when I called the person responsible of the booking, he told me that he is out of country and someone will call. However, 20 minutes later they called back and offered to send me a car as soon as possible and they even waived the whole charge. Was it a dissapointing experience, Yes - waiting for an hour after a very long trip is not fun. But, mistakes happen and what separate good companies from great ones is how to react to these mistakes. I will indeed use JIT again, every time!

Great experience using JIT for my journey to and from YYZ. I had prior confirmation of my driver, his contact details and the car he would be driving. Lokman arrived on time for my transfer to the airport and he arrived early to pick me up when my flight landed earlier than expected. The car was clean and comfortable and Lokman was a professional, very safe and competent driver for both journeys. I appreciated the good conversation and his help with my heavy cases. He made sure I was dropped off in the best place for my departure and clearly communicated where he would be for my arrival. Thank you Lokman for making a stressful journey much easier! I would use this service again.
