This place is best in service. We traveling and needed work done . We call in and make appointment. Arrived-in less then few minutes they check us in. Personal is friendly! They ask what we need to work on. They took out Coach into Bay Area and work on for a day, call us if they had questions. When we got back they - show us what they done, and suggested what else need to be done. We replaced belts and air compressor. We have Class A Motorhome 2003 , usually we had such bad attitudes from other shops because it is older model. Here on other hand we felt first class. I can truly say I feel safe to be on road again Andi did phenomenal work, work with our insurance and also suggested us what we shouls look for future. Also they have nice waiting room and if they need to work on your coach in morning- they have place to stay overnight! I can truly say . We are happy customers. If you need work done this is THE ONLY place to come ! Thank you !!

Good guy in customer service (why 2 rather than 1 star). Service however not good. Brought RV in for generator cycling. Hundreds later we were told it was fixed. A few days later we left on our long-planned trip to Texas where family was gathering for us. Got from Stayton to just outside of Las Vegas (100+ temps). Turned on the generator to use the roof AC. Worked for about 5 minutes and started cycling, then quit. Tried the next day-same result. Suffice to say, our family get-together was not happening. Took the RV back to be repaired. Evidently no integrity for their work as they charged us hundreds more even though they couldn't figure out what is wrong. They suggested it was the altitude. Seriously, 2,000' would make it cycle and then quit? Not! We have been much higher with the same type generator without issues. Wow! Really thought they would stand behind their work-guess just sticking it to a 100% disabled vet for hundreds is more important. What happened to honor, integrity and a Man's word? Anyone know a decent generator shop?

Took my RV in, generator would not stay running LP. After six hrs they told me they changed the LP gas Regulator but didn't have the small filter solenoid part. Gave it back Not Running at all now. Charged me $800+. 2 shops later and about $1000..I find out cummins/onan Coburg put the wrong gas Regulator in! They could have out a rebuild kit in my original for about $100.. The Manager and shop Foreman here are lame...stay away from these Crackpots...call onan corporate and report them. And the bbb.

10 Stars to the entire staff ! Been coming here since 2020. We have tried others but no Other Cummins Dealer NO not one ! Matched this dealers expertise, quality workmanship, or ability to diagnose and handle a class A pusher. And with fair Quotes pricing. NO Misc Chrgs that other dealers stack on !!!! We are full timers and the level of care that goes into your coach is unmatched anywhere. Even when short staffed they rise to the occasion and get you safely back on your journey as quickly and efficiently as possible They will not sell any un-necessarily needed services or repairs.
