I am writing to lodge a serious complaint against Amazon Attestation And Documents Clearing company. The experience has been unacceptable, unprofessional, and damaging — both literally and figuratively, including the damaged document. 1. I was informed that the attestation process would take 3 days. However, not only did this timeline lapse without delivery, but your sales representative stopped answering my messages and calls altogether. Despite multiple assurances from your general office line that I would be updated, no one took any action. 2. After more than a week of silence and dropped calls by your sales person, your team blamed delays on "one of the entities not responding." This lack of ownership, transparency, and accountability is totally unacceptable. Why does your sales team feel it's totally Ok not to respond to customers and dropped their calls? 3. Upon finally receiving my documents after nearly 2 weeks instead of 3 days, I was horrified to see that my diploma was physically damaged — dented and torn. This is an official, irreplaceable academic record, and your team’s response was outrageous. Instead of taking responsibility, you blamed the Ministry without any proof as if that would restore its integrity. This is entirely unacceptable! You failed to communicate effectively at every stage. You grossly mishandled irreplaceable official documents. You abdicated any responsibility for the damage. You showed no genuine customer care or accountability. Warning to others: I strongly caution anyone considering using this company. If you value your official documents, stay away from this company. Their careless handling, lack of professionalism, and refusal to take responsibility are completely unacceptable in any industry, especially one dealing with sensitive, personal, and official documentation.
