HORRIBLE! Constant harassment and scammers. I have informed my lawyer about their behaviour. In summary, one of their people came to my house to diagnose a problem but was UNABLE TO IDENTIFY THE CAUSE. He then proceeded to make suggestions about changing a few things that were UNRELATED TO THE ISSUE. We politely declined services being offered that were not related the issue. Few months later a contractor that was working on a project for me identified and fixed the issue I was having. These unethical crooks send me an email a month later that they will send me to collections with an invoice attached for ZERO SERVICES. I don’t care at all and I will initiate court proceedings against them for scamming people. STAY AWAY.
