Stephanie HolfordMy husband and I had an awesome experience with Dr. Nakampe we went for teeth cleaning. She was very friendly and extremely professional with how she performed the procedure. There was no pain at all I was completely amazed because I have had other dentists hurt me with teeth cleaning. After the cleaning she explains to you the condition that your teeth are in and what to do to keep it well maintained which i personally appreciate. We will definitely return later this year for our regular teeth cleaning. Thank you Dr Nakampe and the Smile Gallery team for the awesome service!
Monique SchoultzMy daughter had an appointment. At he first appointment the Dr told her that she had a few holes to fill and that she would need another appointment. After they sent us a statement for the 1st appointment, our Medical insurance did not want to accept the statement and wanted a complete invoice. When we kindly asked for an invoice, we received a very cocky response, saying that all other medical aids accept their statements and that they won't give us an invoice for us to be able to claim back from our medical insurance. Our previous dentist in Meyerton was accommodating and gave us invoices for our visits.
