I’ve visited Ferdows Medical Center four times for facial laser treatment. My first three sessions were great, but my fourth visit was disappointing. The session felt rushed and more painful than usual. After sharing my feedback, the management took action and reached out to apologize. While I’ve decided not to return for the remaining sessions as I felt uncomfortable after the experience. I’m happy that they took my feedback seriously,It’s good to know they’re committed to ensuring no one else has a similar experience.
