Dr. Shpritz did a filling on Friday that after the Novocain wore off, started having severe pain. They worked me into their schedule today, and in spite of an office closure for a meeting, he repaired the filling today instead of doing a consult and scheduling later. Hoping it will all feel good this time once the Novocain wears off but thankful they got me in right away. All is great and Dr. Shpritz has put my mind at ease about additional dental work that didn’t go well with a former dentist. He spends time talking things through, even if it takes extra time. I very much appreciate Dr. Shpritz and staff.

I have no idea how this office has received such positive reviews. My children have been patients for three years and we all have been incredibly disappointed the entire time. Dr Shpritz informed us that he participated with the Invisalign program so our son could have all of that treatment through him vs going to a traditional orthodontist. Three years later-trays are never ordered when they should be, calls aren’t returned, concerns aren’t addressed. We are out of pocket for all the money paid for the Invisalign without getting the results that we should have. This is by far the worst “provider” I have ever encountered and would never recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. We are returning to our previous practice who is now out of network with our insurance but at this point, I would rather pay out of pocket for excellent care then go to a practice that consistently provides bare minimum or non-existent care.

I changed from my previous Dentist of 49 years due to insurance coverage. My first experience was very positive and the hygienist was very friendly and thorough. Dr Shpritz and staff were very friendly.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went in with TMJ issues and paid in advance for an extremely pricey mouth guard. While waiting for the mouth guard to be made, I was experiencing severe pain that impeded my ability to eat, work, or function effectively, and I was told that there was nothing they could do in the meantime. I asked for recommendations for other dentists, remedies, etc., and was given absolutely no advice. I asked the receptionist if they expected me not to work or eat in the meantime, and they had no response. It feels like they took my money and my experience and pain are not being taken seriously.
