I have been going to Hope & Wellness for several years. First, with the owner, Dr. Victoria, then with Dr. Joi. Working with each of them has been life-changing for me as I've addressed life-long challenges and patterns. Dr. Joi has always made me feel safe and I have never felt judged when sharing very hard and vulnerable things. That may sound like it should be a given, but I've heard from a lot of people over the years that they did not have that experience with practitioners at other companies. I'm so grateful to Dr. Joi and the rest of the staff for the support and overall great experience (including response time, scheduling and other admin tasks). You can tell Dr. Victoria truly does care about helping people and making a positive difference, and hires people who align with that vision!

I wish I could give Hope+Wellness a hundred stars. They worked with me and on my schedule, were patient and helpful, and I felt seen and heard. Dr. Hale performed my assessment and throughout the entire process she made me feel comfortable, and in reviewing the results, she explained her findings in a way that I could understand. Her assessment was extremely thorough and she provided clinical information, references, education, and accommodations in the evaluation that helped me ask for reasonable accommodations at my job. Dr. Hale is wonderful. Hope+Wellness treated me with more respect than so many other psychologists. I will recommend this place forever, and I am so, so grateful I found them.
