I brought my iPad over because it couldnt turn on, a chinese lady attended to me and spent less than 5 minutes checking my ipad before saying that it was a motherboard issue and that i would have to pay RM1,500 to fix it. basically 70% of the price secondhand. I didnt have a good feeling about it, and thankfully i trusted my gut. I went over to another repair shop (in Uptown), and the technician didnt charge me anything for it, apparently it hasnt been charged in a long time so it took some time to charge. and he helped me to charge it till it's full battery. Now my ipad works fine.
yee chienannChanged my iphone 11 battery last year there. Due to urgency i accepted their offer even it is at high side. Unfortunately not even 1.5years, my phone battery life depleted to 75% ( average daily usage 2-3hrs). Doubt they gave me the OEM/ ori battery since the previous ori battery can last for 3yrs before its life become <80%.. Remark: Got a call from Dr iDevice and got explanation why now battery life depleted faster compare to last time. Satisfy with their explanation. Impressed by their follow up action.
Sulynn CSLDr IDevice has been and is my go-to for all iPhone issues for several years now. Even during the lockdown, I sent my iPhone via Grab to get a battery change. My most recent SOS was a badly shattered iPhone 11 screen - totally unreadable. Warned that face recognition might not work if the front camera was also damaged, I went for a genuine screen and battery change complete with protective cover. All done in minutes. Now my phone looks and works like new, and the front camera works just fine. Cost about 35% of the original phone price - definitely a lot cheaper than buying the latest model. Plus free service transferring data from my temporary iPhone into this rescued iPhone. Super happy !! as always. Keep it up Terry & team ❤️
