Had an appointment for my son and we were running a bit late. My wife got a call from the office, and the receptionist (Monique) suddenly hung up on her for no reason. When I called back clarify whether we could still come or reschedule. Another staff member answered politely and said it was fine to come, Later, if she claimed we were rude — completely untrue. please can review the call records and cameras to confirm. Very unprofessional experience. I decided not to deal with this office again. Hope you pay attention — not for me, but for other patients and for yourself. Good luck.

have no problem at all with the dentists — all of them are professional and very nice. This review is about one of the front desk staff members, Monique (the Asian girl). She was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude over the phone. She even hung up on me while I was still talking. We were running late for our appointment due to the bad weather. Monique called and spoke to me rudely, yelling that we were supposed to be there already. I explained that we were on our way and even apologized for being late, but she still hung up on me. We called back afterward to let them know our exact arrival time, and thankfully someone else answered. That person was polite and told us it was fine to come. Unfortunately, because of this unpleasant experience with her attitude, I will not be dealing with this office again. Answer ur reply I did not act discourteously toward any of your staff, and I believe you have cameras that can confirm this. I only asked who had called me so I could leave the review under the correct name. I didn’t even speak with her afterward. We called back after she hung up on us, as I mentioned, and you can confirm this with your other staff members. My intention was only to bring attention to the attitude of your staff and how patients are being spoken to. She had no right to be rude or hang up the call, even if we were running late. Her role should be to help solve problems, not create them.
