I'm a first time customer. Arrived at Michelle's home and found the bird rooms and cages very clean. She has separate rooms for small and large birds so I felt very safe leaving my little guy there. When I picked him up 2 weeks later he was happy and healthy. Michelle is very nice and she obviously loves parrots. I'd highly recommend trusting her with boarding your bird and the rates were very reasonable.

Our conure LOVES Michelle! She's never even upset when we go out of town anymore because it means she gets to hang out here for a few days with her friend 😆 It's such peace of mind for us to know that our birds are so well taken care of and happy while we're away. We appreciate Michelle's expertise in bird care and how accommodating she is for all their needs. If you have a parrot baby, I can't recommend this boarding service enough!

Michelle is a lovely human and takes wonderful care of all of the birds staying with her. I love looking at the variety and seeing how she talks to and interacts with them. She's also been very flexible and understanding when unexpected changes/delays have come up.

Super glad I chose this service, Michelle makes it easy to communicate with her through text or through phone calls. Her home is warm and inviting and you can instantly see her passion and love for parrots! She surprised us with preparing chop to my parrotlet!! Ripley came back to us as we left her. I think she loved the socialization of being around other birds and apparently she even warmed up to Michelle after a few days. If you can win over a parrotlet, you’re a true “bird whisperer” 😄 Thanks so much!!
