Unsatisfied. Unwilling to negotiate, communicated with me regarding the case, dragging it out for 2 years, then abruptly cutting ties. His assistant displays unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. I recommend finding a more cooperative alternative. The letter PDF attached was highly unprofessional and included called me “Dear Sir” and "Fire Letter." Her demeanor was quite disrespectful.
