I called ASSA ABLOY this morning when our garage door would not open. Within a few hours Cody came out to fix it. Excellent technician, knowledgeable and professional, he diagnosed the problem and efficiently repaired the mechanism. His service truck had all the tools and replacement parts needed to complete the work. We paid a lot of money to have a roll up security door installed. (more than was originally quoted). Mistakes were made during installation which caused the whole sheet of panels to be scratched. They tried to cover it over with paint. When I contacted Andrew the sales person I had been dealing, with he said they would replace the panels. That was last October, we are still waiting for replacement and have contacted them with no response.
