Domino's Pizza | Cholourpalya, Bengaluru

My family ordered a large paneer pizza worth ₹700 and they gave it in an open pizza box with the dominos logo on it. We couldn't finish the huge pizza and asked for the top of the pizza box to go but the employee refused to cover the pizza. She then gave us a sheet of aluminium foil saying "it was the best she could do". I didn't expect this kind of treatment from dominos as so far in any other store or outlet we have been treated well. I don't know if it's the same for all employees of gt mall dominos store but our server (MS KAVYA) was very unprofessional.

First dominos in Bangalore where ketchup is charged . Cashier is doing marketing like we are going to domino's for the first time. 5 min she took to tell what other items are there which we can see easily in menu. One item which I ordered and it is confirmed twice.

They made us wait for 45 mins during weekday when hardly there was any crowd. They are not agreeing for refund also. Very bad service.
