Still waiting on a scheduled pick up. 3 representatives, 3 different responses. Gave a window of 8am to 5pm No Show, Bad customer service

I'm not sure why I even had to leave 1 star however I had to. Dohrn had called me Wednesday afternoon to schedule a delivery for the next day between 2-4pm. She stated that if the 2-4 was not able to happen then they will schedule for the next day which was fine because I would be around all day. Nothing came Thursday and no phone call. I called Dohrn Friday around 11am to see what time it would be delivered today (Friday) and they said it was going to have to be scheduled for Monday. I asked why it was not delivered Thursday and the scheduler named Jennifer had told me that the driver saw the time between 2 and 4pm and it was 4:48 so he just put in his computer that it was after hours and couldn't deliver. Now I'm out $800 due to a scheduled crane coming to get this equipment on a roof. Now I'm being told Monday in the AM.. We will see what happens I did speak with the terminal Manager as I was writing this and he assured me it will be Monday. He was very nice and professional however the 1 star still stand

Dohrn transportation was responsible for delivering a replacement item that had been bought at Menards originally (but was defective)that was being replaced. The people who contacted me about delivery times and directions for this item are some of the most professional and kind people in the industry. I was contacted two times, by two different individuals, who done exactly what they said they would do, on time, and handled my item with care. I would recommend this company (and the two gentlemen that contacted me) to anyone needing something picked up or delivered. Thanks y’all! Doug Totten

We run a dog sanctuary, GBARK, and buy from auctions to get best prices of some things. The last two have been booked on Dohrn and both times were really good experiences. It is good to have online tracking, but for both shipments I had a question and getting a friendly, helpful person on the phone was so easy. It seems, based on my conversations that they allow their employees to enjoy their work and it shows.
