I’ve had a seamless experience with JC dog walking over the past 3 months, especially with Hernando. My dog is very leash-reactive but I’ve noticed real improvement in his behavior, even on our own walks. Hernando provided helpful tips during our meet & greet and first walk. Hernando is punctual, reliable, and very patient! I also appreciate the regular updates and photos after each walk to give me peace of mind during the workday. I’d definitely recommend this company if you want someone dependable who truly cares about your dog.

He’s also very personable so it makes communication extremely easy—particularly when navigating my schedule changes or any issues that may pop up at my apartment building.
