KyoungOwners was extremely rude to my gf on the phone this morning when we requested a refund due to our dog having scars on his face. We recorded the call too. Do not come here for rude owners that don’t take accountability and blame you for not being satisfied.
KeyPast two visits I did not get the cuts I wanted. Felt like the owner was mad that I was unsatisfied which I have a right to be disappointed with a bad hair cut. I won’t be back.
