The team are always helpful, generous and quick to respond to any queries. The products are of the highest quality and delivery is remarkably quick. They are a small, personal business and I would always choose to use them over the bigger companies out there who provide similar (and often more expensive) products. I use their Endurance24 dog food for all of my working labs. They sorted the return and allowed me to pay over the phone for the price difference (as I needed an extra 2). Really recommend them to anyone. Will be buying from them again when I need the next size up.

From the offset the customer service is flawless, updates on your order and next day delivery.
