I had Holland Park Roofing round to fix some leaks in my dad's roof. We were promised a 15 year guarantee on the works which was important as we were selling the house. Sadly, since completing the works and having paid for the works, I've had my emails ignored for months and no sign of a guarantee. Whilst the repair seems to have been carried out to an adequate standard, I've found this lack of communication unprofessional and feel I have been mis-sold something that hasn't been provided. It's caused issues with the sale of the property and is costing me hundreds to rectify.
