Muhammad ShafiqWe recently installed a solar system through N-TECH, and while the end result is satisfactory, the overall experience was a mixed one. The installation process took much longer than expected, primarily due to delays in addressing issues with our new bore. Despite multiple follow-ups via letters, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages, the response time was slower than we had hoped. However, once they focused on the task, they completed the installation efficiently. One particular incident that stood out was when their welder, Omair, kept me waiting for four hours while I was unwell and running a fever. This was quite frustrating and added unnecessary stress to the process. On a positive note, the staff, especially a female team member, was consistently polite and professional throughout our interactions, which was appreciated. While the company eventually delivered on their promise, the delays and lack of timely communication were disappointing. I hope N-TECH can improve their responsiveness and customer care in the future to ensure a smoother experience for their clients.
haris khanBought 10kw longi hi mo 7 610 watts 17 panels from them..they didnot have it in their I-13 warehouse....their attitutde was pathetic,lazy and non serious.told me u shud receive from gulberg greens warehouse.went there it was another store by name PAWA solar.PAWA owner said collect on ur own,no verificarion ,no domestic servants.we did all by ourselves..... dont even think of buying from them.pathetic services...also if they refer you ntech battery in g10 market(dont visit..their batteries are old and fake)
