D-N-A Property Management Co. has been great to work with. There response to maintenance requests are quick and most importantly the repairs are completed correctly, professionally & clean. Their team replaced a front yard lamp post that was extremely rusty & inoperable. Installing a new beautiful lamp post has not only increased safety & lighting within the property, but has added that extra "touch" to our beautiful landscaping. A major plus is the portfolio app. Using the app, makes paying rent & seeing the monthly breakdown of charges easy too. It has been a pleasure to be a customer / tenant. Thank you!

I’m going to start by saying DNA property scams people out of money!!! Yes the apartments are cheap but it’s for a reason!!! I went to see multiple apartments by DNA property and the apartments that I went to go see smelt like dog urine!!! Not only that but they will charge you tons of fees if you choose to sign a lease!!! The apartments that they rent out aren’t even worth paying 1,050+ the floors smell of dog piss…mold growth and honestly the list goes on!! I’m telling everybody please beware!!! EDIT: I actually saw a few properties not just one and ALL of the apartments I went and saw smelt like dog piss.. hope you guys pulled the carpet out of all the apartments I went and saw and not just one apartment …and hopefully fixed the smell issue. Why would you guys even do showings for the apartments if y’all know they reek of dog piss and have mold growth?
