I have been to this salon off and on for the past 2 years. I have seen 3 different stylists there. I have let them each do my hair a couple of times to see if they're a good fit for me. Not one single stylist that I've seen knows how to do hair. I have had my hair dyed blonde, solid brown dye job to match my natural color, and I recently came in for A FEW chunky blonde highlights on my natural brown hair. I specifically asked for just a few and a blonde money piece so that there is no agressive grow out. I just wanted a tiny pop of color. That's it. And 4 hours later, I left with an entire head full of half assed blonde highlights. And to make it worse, all of the highlights I never wanted but still received are yellow with gross orange roots. It's awful!!! Out of the 3 women I have seen here, I have not yet been able to get ANYTHING close to what I asked for. If I could give this salon zero stars, I would.

I recently visited The Lounge Salon and Spa and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. My stylist, Lindsey, was professional and attentive and offered helpful suggestions. I opted for a haircut and color and very pleased with the results, my hair feels healthy and looks vibrant. Overall, I would highly recommend Lindsey and The Lounge Salon and Spa to anyone looking for reliable hair care services. I had a positive experience and looking forward to my next visit and trying out the many other services they offer.
