The service is amazing. I can't think of any other place where I can walk in with a vague request like "pens that are relatively cheap, but don't run out in five seconds" and get a serious recommendation and not just stared at like I'm crazy (I might actually be crazy, but I appreciate not being stared at like I am). One on one service is the norm, not the exception. Obviously they don't have quite as much of a selection of products as the big box stores like Staples or Office Depot, but they have pretty much everything you are realistically going to need (well, they have almost everything I need, the only thing I can't find there is the refill bottles for my Canon Megatank printer, which come to think of it, I'm not sure the big box stores have either). I will say, with the name "discount" in the name, I would have expected a little bit lower prices, but they are at least on par with the big box stores and if I'm paying the same price, I might as well get the better service).

IS MY FAVORITE STORE after Mill’s fabric!!!!! I have always love office supplies since my childhood is better than a candy store. You can find everything you need , all kinds of pens , papers ,etc.
