We had a little snafu with shipping, but Alex was super responsive and we got it all straightened out. We still had an issue that was missed by the plumber, but Alex was there for further advice and he was spot on. Just a terrific experience and I will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

My Husband and I purchased a house a couple of months ago and as most people know if you have a husband in the military, whatever can go wrong, will go wrong when they’re away.
