I just bought my car here and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Dmitry welcomed me and showed me the car — he was friendly, professional, and really helpful. Ilya gave me an extremely fair price on my Volvo XC40 (from what I could tell the best in the country at the time) and even got me a better interest rate than the one I was preapproved for. The process was refreshingly straightforward — no mysterious back-and-forth or hidden negotiations, just an honest conversation and a handshake. Billy in finance was also great — he walked me through the warranty options and gap insurance, was transparent about the fees, and made everything easy to understand. Overall, this was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve had (and I’ve bought four cars in the last five years). Great experience with Diplomat Motors, I worked with the sales rep Jay Bruder who took extremely good care of me. He took the time to show me how to operate the Tesla that I purchased and made sure I had a good understating on all the features on the vehicle I purchased before I pulled off the lot. They make sure the environment is comfortable for the customers while you are making your decision on which vehicle you want to purchase or if you want to purchase, and they are not overly pushy if you decide not to purchase with them. They have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from, all the way from budget friendly EV’s all the way up to super cars, whatever you are looking for you can definitely find it here. I had a great experience buying a vehicle at this dealership and typically I don’t enjoy the average car buying experience, however Diplomat Motors made it more enjoyable. They are transparent on pricing, very professional, and they have great customer service. They are a very high volume dealership and they’re always extremely busy but the moment you walk in as a customer, they’ll take care of you. Shout out to Gabe Luca he’s the man! He’s very knowledgeable and approachable and conveys an easy-going, low pressure persona.This dealership has a wide selection of cars, and it feels like walking into a candy store!
