First time in a Dillard's store. I just went in to see what kind of sandals they had & what the prices were like. I'm a disabled diabetic & it's hard to find a good pair of sandals that support both my feet & back & aren't overly priced. The two lady associates were REALLY nice & didn't welcomed me warmly knowing I felt out of place. And because of their kindness I walked with sandals that I would have NEVER considered buying any other time. Bonus: they're actually really comfortable.

Great service in the men's department. I needed dress shirts and the store had my size. I wish your staff did not have to ask about opening a credit card every time I shop. While I understand that this is a requirement, and your staff get reviewed on credit performance, It is annoying.

I had the best experience looking for a mother-in-law wedding dress. I was helped by a wonderful lady named Neesy and was able to find a wonderful outfit to wear. There are so many beautiful clothes for sale at that store!

Not as grand as the other locations, but this store delivers m with selection and prices if you are in Lakeland and in need of designer items. Great customer service too. Dillards has always been one of my favorites
