I have been using Diesel for the last few years for my commercial doors, they have always been great. On Monday morning I had a customer run into my overhead door making it completely inoperable, contacted Tynan with Diesel he understood the urgency and was fast and thorough, we quickly made a parts list with everything needed. And within 48 hours the door was fully fixed and replaced by Justin and Kodi who made it look and operate like nothing happened! my business is back up and running faster then I thought, can’t thank Tynan enough for the speedy and professional service.

No fault of Diesel but a manufacturing problem leads to a damaged garage door. One phone call, the issue was resolved. To the Gentlemen who drives around our neighborhood (Douglasdale) like a complete jerk in a company vehicle… I have a small CHILD in my car with me and you’ve cut me off in the mornings MULTIPLE times. The first two times I let it go now the third time I’m pissed. I’ll never use or recommend this company for services due to the lack of respect employees or whomever this individual is has for OTHERS SAFETY on the road.

I wouldn’t want to use this service again knowing how little the team here cares about safety or about ensuring they keep professional. The guy drives around like a complete joke. Seriously is going to hurt someone.
