I purchased a new chair for my 80 year old mother. She was told her delivery time would be between 10 AM and 2 PM today. Two of her grandchildren drove 45 minutes to be there to help unload the chair. They waited the entire 4 hr timeframe given by the company, then had to leave. The delivery did not show up until 6 PM. I contacted the company with concern, given the late delivery and my mom no longer having help to unload the chair. The Manager assured me the delivery driver would get the chair inside the house himself, if Not, he stated “we will reschedule delivery until tomorrow morning, and I will drive out there with the delivery man myself, and we bring the chair in the house”. He also assured me that I would receive a call from his team this evening, clarifying whether the delivery man was able to get the chair into the house alone, or required re-delivery tomorrow morning. Not only did he not even attempt to get the chair into the house, he repeatedly SCOLDED my 80-year-old mother for the difficulty he was having turning around in her driveway!! He left the $1,800 chair I purchased sitting outside IN THE RAIN!!! Needless to say NO ONE called me to let me know that the chair was left outside nor to reschedule a delivery tomorrow morning. Very dishonest, very dishonorable people, and horrific customer service. No regard for people’s time, or merchandise. STAY AWAY if you want your family or purchases handled with any respect or care. But if you want your 80 yr old mother to be attacked by a driver who is 6 hrs late, or want to work with a management team made up of bold faced liar’s , these are your guys!!

Start with the positive - nice gal picked up the phone this morning for customer service and was great to work with. She was able to track my shipment (since their website didn't offer this, or wasn't easily accessible to track a shipment). She found my shipment and alerted the driver that we would need a phone call when the delivery was coming so that we could accept the delivery. Now for the negative - The driver didn't call. The driver didn't knock at our door. The driver left $5600 worth of valuables on a palate in our driveway, directly behind a vehicle that my wife and baby need to move to go pick up our other child from school. No alert, no tracking update, no phone call as promised... and again, left this out in the rain, blocking in a vehicle in that we need. Aside from the nice gal on the phone, we are nothing but disappointed in this delivery service.
