Used them many times in the past with no issues until I arrived from over seas into Pearson late one night. I had booked them to pick me up and take me back to Waterloo. After speaking with the Dispatcher it seemed that they weren't there however. I called Wright Limo, but it went straight to voice mail. So I grabbed another driver from another company who was available and got home. A couple days later I find on my credit card that Wright Limo had charged me. I called them immediately and found out that their driver WAS there, but had forgotten to check into the dispatcher. This I was told was my fault because I should have called a different number that apparently would have been answered... I'm sorry, but it's not my job to chase down your drivers. The dispatcher said he wasn't there, so I left with another company. After arguing with the jerk at Wright Limo I got my money refunded, then after he said to never use our services again...lol, as if I would ever may that mistake again. They need to change their business model to, 'The Customer is Always Wrong!'

Patrick and his team at Wright Limousine provide nothing less than World Class Customer Sevice. The ladies in the office were great to deal with and they answered all of the questions I had about a round trip to Hamilton Airport. When Mark picked us up at 4 am, he had a positive attitude even thought he had to drive us through a snow storm (his driving skills were impeccable and I am glad I didn't drive). My most recent experience was in one of their SUV limo's which had bluetooth audio, great sound & lighting systems, beverages on ice as requested, and a top notch driver to complete the perfect experience. Pre-Arranged for Wright Limousine to pick us up at Toronto Pearson YYZ Airport last night for 23:05 ACA1633 flight. Proceed to Far end of Departure Terminal1 at A door and tell security guard we are ready for pickup. Limo arrives shortly thereafter and our Driver loads 4 bags including large golf bag and we are on our way to Downtown Kitchener. The Driver monitors Flight Aware to know whether flight is on schedule or not. Steve Warren was our very experienced and safe driver and he unloaded out bags and brought them inside our condo door. 100% totally satisfied as we were on our last YYZ pickup pre-Covid. Highly recommend The Wright Limousine Service. Traveller’s Tip - For those arriving from outside Canada as we were and need to be processed through Canada Customs I highly recommend downloading ArriveCanApp and entering in your Passport Info and email, etc. once you arrive follow the Green Express signs and arrows to bypass the lineups for Customs. You scan your Passport at the self-use terminals, it takes your photo, prints a receipt with your photo on it, glass gates swing open, show slip to first Canada Customs person who waves you though and same at far end where everyone is exiting. Never spoke to Canada Customs whatsoever, just show the receipt with Passport in hand. You are asked to certify that you have not exceeded limits of goods being brought in. Absolutely an almost painless, fast experience. You can enter more than one family person when you sign up but each one needs to scan their passport at the kiosk terminal.
