I rang today as a result of my laptop ceasing to work and requiring a recovery code before any further action could be taken. I had all but given up that finding the recovery code would be achievable as I had no record of it; however, the incredibly helpful advice given over the phone allowed me to find this code and ensure that I would not lose all data on my laptop. I then went in in person to the shop to hand my laptop in for repair. Again, the customer service was excellent and before taking my laptop in for repair; the man serving me (joint owner I think of the shop) made sure that all my data was backed up. It was so reassuring to be served by someone so knowledgeable and willing to help. I was really grateful and would highly recommend.
Absolutely recommend this place without hesitation- helped me out getting my laptop back up and running when I needed it urgently sorting. Friendly, helpful, excellent service!
Very lovely and super helpful. I came in with my 3 year old laptop making loud noises and a whirring sound. I left it with the guys here and they had it sorted super quickly and had ordered and replaced my broken internal laptop fan with a brand new one. Was a very reasonable price and quick service. Had other unrelated issue following on from this and they also fixed that after getting my laptop back from them:) would definitely recommend this lovely local business. The owners are very lovely to chat to and will help with any query. 10/10
These chaps are heroes! I'm computer literate and so do a lot of maintenance on my own PC. However I had a problem with my primary hard drive and took it in. They were brilliant - problem sorted without a fuss and quicker than they had suggested it would take. And prices reasonable too. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
