Dhyana Yoga Studio has become my go-to workout spot! As a beginner yogi, I absolutely love everything about this place — the instructors are warm and welcoming, the studio is clean and cute and they even let you borrow mats if you’re just starting out. They offer a great mix of hot, cool, and sculpt classes, which makes it easy for beginners to adjust and find their flow. Truly the best yoga studio I’ve found in the New/North Brunswick area!

They were fantastic one year ago and l would give them 5+ stars, and I could easily find a good yoga class the seven days of the week. However now a lot of good yoga teachers left or get relocated to a different studio and Vinyasa classes been changed to something else. Sadly, today are less options for regular (non-heated) Vinyasa and now I am able to find a good class, suitable for me, only half days of the week. It is still a good yoga studio, they have very good Ashtanga classes and slow flow with Katrina and some other beginners classes. I only wish they would bring back regular intermediate Vinyasa and those community events, that they use to have.

Awesome yoga studio with excellent instructors that all bring something different to the class. They have tons of classes to try and there is something for everyone of all levels of experience. And all of the people who attend the classes are very friendly and helpful!

Such a beautiful studio with so much to offer every level . From the aerial yoga to the hot yoga to the mobility classes ! Something for everyone at every age ! Keep moving your body in a super clean environment ! !! The owners treat you like family and it has an awesome vibe ! Amazing amazing!
