The person at the store was very helpful as it was my first time using DHL in Quebec City. I visited the store around 7pm during the week day and there was no waiting time. He helped me for the whole process and also showed me how to track my document.

Super fast delivery from Australia. Came 2 days early for a total of 72hours to be delivered at my door by friendly staff. 3rd time with DHL and its a lot faster than the competition. Also take well care of my packages. Would recommend 10/10

My Package Was Held for 1.5 Months and Destroyed Without My Permission! My package has been stuck in the same place since June 5th and has never been delivered. The worst part is that it was destroyed without my consent. I didn’t sign anything, was not informed, and never contacted DHL about this. As a customer, this is completely unacceptable. This behavior from DHL is unprofessional and shows a lack of reliability. While waiting for my package, I also had to deal with poor communication and irresponsibility from DHL. Many people around me are experiencing similar problems. DHL needs to urgently fix this issue. I don’t want to work with a shipping company that doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction and has serious problems with package tracking and delivery. I hope this review serves as a warning to others facing similar issues.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the worst courrier service to ever exist. My package was ready to deliver yesterday morning. I got a notification by email saying it’s out for delivery. Stayed home all day waiting to receive it. Reached out to customer service to see what’s going on since it was end of day and my package was no where to be found. Customer service was rude and useless. Adriana said it’s now scheduled for tomorrow. We are tomorrow and the website is still showing a scheduled delivery date of yesterday. Contacted customer service again because I need this shipment today since I have an event tomorrow and told them I will not be able to accept it if it doesn’t come today. Adriana said it’s scheduled for today and that I need to keep checking their website for updates, and that their website will only update at 12:30PM. I asked her to urge the delivery and she said no she can’t. Crazy that this package has been sitting for over 24hours collecting dust because DHL is too unorganized to have it delivered by the time they advised. Horrible service all around.
