John spent over 15 minutes assisting a lady, and he seemed more interested in chatting with her than managing the line. I was waiting to pick up my parcel during this time. The lady was struggling to fill in the sender’s address, and instead of handling it quickly, John directed her to the self-service counter and guided her step by step. Since he was the only advisor available, this caused unnecessary delays for everyone else. If a customer doesn’t know how to complete the process, staff should simply assist directly to save both their time and ours. This is a service point, not a training center, and other customers shouldn’t have to wait excessively. Because of this delay, I ended up late for my Costco shopping.

I visited the DHL branch today 09/10/2025 around 11:30, and my experience was absolutely wonderful! The employee was incredibly kind and helpful — he assisted me with everything from filling out the paperwork to sending the shipment, all with patience and a warm smile. Fraudsters, why didn't you deliver my package? I had an appointment at the mechanic to repair my car. My address is correct and I've never had any problems with any courier company. You didn't even come to Cornwall, where I live. You lied about the address not being found, and you provided incomplete information. Now I have to come 100 km to collect my package. You're scammers. Don't use them. Don't choose or recommend this courier company.

I’ve been to this DHL location multiple times, and unfortunately, every time I’m served by Jean Jacques, the experience is unpleasant. This is my third time dealing with him, and I finally decided to write this review in hopes that management takes action. First, there’s a strong body odor in the room whenever he’s working to the point I couldn’t breath. Second, he consistently makes the process far more difficult and time-consuming than necessary. For example, when a young lady helped me last time, she quickly retrieved my previous shipping address and completed everything within minutes. However, with Jean Jacques, I’ve always been stuck there for over 30 minutes for the same type of shipment. I hope DHL addresses this, as it really impacts the customer experience
