Obvious garbage management and messy situation with locking out the workers. 2 weeks delayed and someone finally called my phone number just to see if I receive my package. I asked what happened to my package and they hang up. Not even apologizing over the situation. Garbage company. Never again.

I ordered something on eBay the merchant shipped it by DHL. They show up 15 days later at my door I'm out of town they want $37 for a $95 purchase and I paid for the shipping already!! Complete criminals. Now they're saying on the tracking information that I have to wait another 10 days before they attempt another delivery. I'll even go and pick it up but you can't do that. Worst company ever. If eBay won't ship Canada Post I'm not buying from them anymore. Absolutely disgraceful this company continues to exist. You can't speak to anyone ever it's all automated or you speak to the states and they tell you you're speaking to the wrong person. Never again!!!

The girl who works in the afternoon is super rude, from the moment I walked in she treated me really badly, yelling and mistreating her coworker in front of customers, I didn't see their names but it was a bad impression.

Terrible and disgusting work of the staff, these people absolutely do not know their work, in no case do not trust dhl brunch in downtown, I had an important parcel of my passport from Montreal to Vancouver, in the end they held my passport for two days and canceled the shipment for no reason, if you see the name GEROME NDEMBA turn around and go to another delivery service, the staff is rude and irresponsible.
