My items has been in the US since August 26 at Atlanta Georgia and already past the customs, but until now almost a.month still not recieve. And the most irritating part is they don't have anybody to contact it's all AI will answer your concerns. And by the DHL you relay on AI they are helping your human customers complain. I will update my reviews once I recieve my box. Now is already September 18 my package was shipped last August 24 in couple of days my package is stuck for a month. You need to fix your system.

Experience, one of your drivers on airline swerving, going in and out of the lane because she was on her phone. From the time that I got onto an Airline from 310 going towards ormond , she was still on the phone the whole time when she found out I was taking pictures of her on her phone she got mad. Do better!

DHL doesn’t actually have a truck that delivers your package. They give it to USPS to deliver. Expecting my package today as I was told by Amazon it is to be delivered today. But No - USPS claims they cannot deliver, claims they cannot access the delivery location. It’s the same clear stairs/porch as yesterday and a clear way to the empty mailbox. Mail delivery has gone to hell in a hand basket.

The driver that was on my route today is a straight up liar. Supposed to have a delivery today and sat on my porch waiting for it ….literally watched the driver drive past my house did not stop at all and then five minutes later reported the package As Attempted delivery.
