They missed my delivery time. Didn't knock and ran off, then when I called the delivery center, one woman said it would be there by 7 pm, then it never showed. Then I called and another woman said it would be there by 9:30pm. Still never showed up. This is the second time this has happened in 2 weeks. I will never choose dhl again. Now a late birthday gift. I would fire all 4 of the people I talked to if they worked for me.

I called this place beforehand to confirm if they could ship my package to the USA. I told them all of the contents and the employee confirmed it was possible. After driving 25 minutes to this location, they said they are not able to do so. Please properly train your staff on any restrictions so you’re not wasting peoples time
