Deepak KashyapGenuine worst ever customer experience. Unprofessional, pathetic and careless attitude. I have given up now after repeatedly returning to get my car serviced here. If its once wrong, or twice or thrice but fourth time I am never returning back to this bs workshop. A nightmare visiting this dealer continues. Work culture in this workshop is way different as we all expect from an authorized dealer. Service never hand over parts replaced back to customer. Never know even if the parts are actually replaced or not. Replaced steering oil pump with an after market. Only on questioning why there is a humming noise when steering is rotated end to end , I came to know that they used an after market refurbished unit as new ones are not manufactured anymore. Unless I didn’t ask, I would have never known that part used was not an OEM. Just to remind, charges they make you pay are OEM. First, it was sales and now service. Literally, I have to take day off from my work to get an appointment and this dealership couldn’t fix the problem in last 3 visits for a tire pressure fault. First, they suggested to change all tire sensors. Secondly they did a TPMS reset, third time they disconnected dash cam for interference and problem still continues like day one. Never ever buy or service any car from this incompetent and pathetic dealership. Price we pay is not worth compared to local workshop workmanship and quality. Service as well as sales are horrible experience every-time I dealt with them.
