Avoid this place at all cost, they sold our truck repair shop the wrong part and then after a day spent in traffic they sold me the wrong part aswell. The parts team was completely disinterested which was apparent from their nonchalant behavior; they simply passed the blame down the line. I'm convinced no accountability will be had; despite all the stress and troubles caused.
Wouldn’t share part numbers for a fuel filter so i drove 1.5 hour round trip to buy them from vision in brampton just in spite. If your policy is no parts numbers than our policy is no business with Ajax mid ontario.
Excellent service experience. I was towed in around 20:00, got in the shop that night, problem diagnosed and repaired before noon the next day. Service writers and techs all courteous and professional, kept me informed about what was going on. Being from out of town (Michigan), I really appreciated how quick they got me back on the road. The handling of my vehicle's main chassis wire issues, costing almost $8,000, and subsequent elog-related problems exemplify a series of missteps that have adversely impacted my business operations. Furthermore, discrepancies in pricing from your parts department, along with a lack of transparency in quoting procedures, have created additional frustration. The unprofessionalism extended to a promised truck wash, which resulted in an hour and a half of waiting with no resolution. This letter serves as a formal notice of my intention to pursue legal action if a satisfactory resolution is not achieved promptly. I am willing to follow the due process outlined by Canadian law to address these grievances.
