Thank you again, I so appreciate the fantastic job done on detailing the interior of my Holden Captiva. My car had so much dog hair & sand in it (it was gross) & I desperately needed it cleaned to get prepared for bub’s car seat as I’m only a few weeks away. Dean was very friendly, they detailed the car and fixed scratches in the paint but it wasn't without issues. Dean said 2 days, at 1540 on the second day I rang them and asked what time I could pick it up, he said there was an issue and to pick it up the following morning. When I picked it up the interior roof still had scuffs and the leather hadn't been conditioned, these issues were fixed but I feel it's only because I brought it up. When I paid he tried to add GST on-top of the quoted price, when I questioned this he apologised and said he was just used to adding GST. After leaving I found a couple things missed like the rear fold away cup holder section and water marks. I think next time I will try a mobile detailer. I was very pleased with the job with the paint work.
