Their expert guidance helped us organized our documentation for my Colombian wife, Permanent Resident Visa Application. I visited their office and found the staff was very professional. The office setting was very professional. Upon being married in the fall of 2024 we organized our remaining records for the application to IRCC. Through out the process our CNIS case worker was professional, well organized, Spanish speaking, and well versed in the preparation of the PR application. My wife felt very comfortable with the internal communication which guided her in completing the required actions during her PR application process. Upon the submission of the application our case worker, kept us apprised on the status of her application. Commination was clear and concise in relation to her biometrics, medical examination and criminal reference query. During our waiting period our case worker answered questions we had in relation to the IRCC processing of her application. In August 2025 IRCC approved my wife"s PR application.
